Hi, I’m Gareth. I’m a climber, snowboarder, mountain biker, kite surfer and fitness nut (though not all the same time).
I spent years training in the gym, achieving reasonable but never exceptional results.
Around 3 years ago I started to integrate the Swiss ball into my workouts. I found that it delivered exceptional gains in my core strength, posture and balance.
I realised around a year ago that I really didn’t need to keep paying expensive gym fees. I could train at home and get at least as good, if not better results. I have only the bare minimum of equipment; a Swiss ball and a cheap set of dumbbells – that’s it!
Over the last year I have achieved exceptional results. I’ve got rid of my body fat and at nearly 39 years old, I’m the fittest I’ve ever been, period!
I decided I would like to share my experience and help others to reach their fitness goals with the minimum amount of equipment.
I’ll tell you straight, I’m not a personal trainer (though I have spent a lot of time with personal trainers, learning the correct way to perform the exercises). What I am is enthusiastic about health and fitness, and I’m keen to help you to achieve your goals.
Keep reading and I’ll share my top tips to get you into the shape you’ve always dreamed of.
